  We recently settled on a townhouse at Homestead Acres in Hanover, PA. We worked with Greta Bill, a Sales Consultant with Dan Ryan Builders in the Washington West Region, throughout the entire process. Greta was truly amazing to work with. We started the homebuying process back in January 2022 and came across the model home at Homestead Acres. That is where we first met Greta. She was just so warm and caring and welcoming and we knew right away that Greta was the one we wanted to work with....and we were definitely not disappointed. We had never purchased a brand new home before and it can be an overwhelming process. Greta assisted and guided us the entire way as we planned our dream home. Greta was so patient and answered every question and responded to every single phone call and text message and believe me there were many. She kept us informed of all updates/progress during the entire building process. She always made us feel that we were her most important clients. I would highly recommend Greta to anyone looking to purchase a brand new home. She is definitely a tremendous asset within Dan Ryan Builders and I promise you will not be disappointed with her expertise, knowledge, and guidance. Thank you so much Greta for all you did for us!   I found Dan Ryan builders while searching for a home in the area. I did a walk through of a couple of their single family homes as well as a townhouse with Jessica Cochran as my representative from Dan Ryan Homes. They seem to have quality construction and a good warranty for their products. I am currently in the build stage for my home and besides some minor hiccups, have been happy with dealing with these builders and their staff.
