- TTTylerDec 30, 20193.0This place is a joke, the staff is very friendly but have no idea what's going on. Two seperate times I rented a 100 ft snake. The first time they brought the wrong length snake down and I had too drive 40 minutes to go get the correct one but when I got home it did not have a way to attach the heads. The second time we went to pick it up in the morning after I called to reserve it and asked them on the phone to make sure it had the bolt to put the heads on... it did not. We came back later that day and they had all the correct heads to go on it and after we brought it home we realised they still did not include the bolt to put the heads on it. We went and bought the bolt ourselves and got the job done, the when we returned it on Monday I paid the weekend rental fee after she told me they were doing me a favor cause it needed to be returned Monday at 8 a.m.... I was never told this and we never even got any paperwork, after going through all of this for the lady at the desk to say "I'm doing you a favor" just sent me over the edge. I'm doing the next person to rent that equipment a favor cause I left the bolt on the machine so they can actually attach the heads!.... Update: The manager reached and addressed the issue I had and wanted to help
