  Max from GAC Services did a phenomenal job. My tub leaked water to my downstairs ceiling and I had someone else look at it but he didnt know the problem so he just turned the water off. When Max came in, I showed him the leak and he went straight upstairs to take a look. It took all of 5 minutes to tell me what the problem was and what part I needed. When he came in today, I had the part and it took him less than 20 minutes. He charged an incredibly affordable price, especially compared to my previous plumber. He fixed the leak and now my water pressure is significantly better so no more showering with a trickle of water! I can't recommend GAC enough and I'll certainly be calling them in the future. If you're questioning who to call for high quality, reasonably priced work done by kind professionals, you've found the right company!

  I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service I received from the three technicians: Jason, Kamin and Victor from GAC Services who installed my new HVAC system. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my home. They arrived on time, explained every step of the installation process clearly, and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. They made sure everything was running perfectly before they left and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and expertise. On top of that, they kept the workspace clean and organized throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If you’re considering HVAC services, I highly recommend GAC Services – this team delivered a seamless, stress-free experience, and top-quality results. Five stars all the way!

  My rating is an average of 5 stars for John, our tech who got the furnace running on Wed, 1 star for inability to reach a human on Tue when the Mon fix from another tech didn’t stick & house was very cold on Tue morning. Left messages w the bot. A couple of times I asked “Anna” to forward me to a human, but after 10 min that goes to VM. Left messages there. Texted. Emailed. Messaged via the website contact form. Tried again beginning 7am Wed, when house was down to 53 degrees. Finally got a call mid-morning Wed, because someone had forwarded the email. (Not sure where my other messages went?) Carrie was lovely - 5 stars to her! She sent John out that day. No charge because the Mon “fix” had failed. I’m leaving this review only because I was asked via text to leave a 5-star review, not how to provide feedback if I had any issues - eg that “Anna” needs to identify herself as a bot upfront.

  These guys are the best. Our furnace was making a weird noise, and we asked them to come out and check it. Unlike other shady companies that would try to scare us into getting a new furnace, they played it straight with us. When it was actually time for us to replace our furnace, they were our first choice. We called 3 different places for quotes. The first company came out right away, but we never got a quote from them; and their tech wasn't that knowledgeable. The second company didn't call us back for nearly a week. The GAC tech was knowledgeable and showed us 3 very detailed options with is tablet. He even mentioned that our furnace room should have an extra intake vent in the wall to pass inspection. After the furnace was installed, they installed a couple carbon monoxide detectors as well. Once installation was complete, they even liaised with the city to have inspectors come out and approve the new installation. When the inspector came out today, even he was impressed with the installation.
