Kevin Bonilla was amazing. He was respectful, polite, and skilled at his job. He changed our thermostat, and based on the deposits on our air filter, he deduced that we were using a portable humidifier that was causing the filters to clog, and prevent air from flowing. This resulted in the heating system overheating, activating the emergency switch. He showed me the filter, explained what was happening. Before leaving, he asked if I had any questions, or needed help working the new thermostat. He was a perfect professional! Thank you so much. Kevin is a wonderful addition to your excellent team.
I would also like to thank your company for sending Kevin out on the day our heating system stopped working. It was a cold day! I was grateful we didn’t have to wait.

When my furnace stopped working a week after the blizzard, I immediately called a different repair company, one that I had "subscribed" to and had paid a year's worth of monthly charges. After taking $100 over the phone, the service promised to send someone out two days later. Well, they never showed up and never contacted me (I waited around during the ridiculous 11-5 window). My best friend told me she was happy with GAC, so I gave them a call. They sent a tech out the next day, and he arrived exactly when he was supposed to. Chaddie was courteous and thorough and explained the furnace to me and the reasons he thought a new system would save me money because I was facing many repairs (the system was old). A consultant came out with 30 minutes and walked us through the entire process. We decided to go with the new system, and within 48 hours, the installers were there with everything they needed (no trips to Home Depot necessary). They were wonderful. The whole project (furnace and heat pump) was finished by 4pm. The techs even installed new CO2 monitors and removed a basement door that would have caused us to fail the inspection. I am extremely happy with the service I received from GAC.

Didn’t have a great experience with the technician that came to my home.
I was quoted the $130 “come out” service fee. The system had started working by the time the technician arrived. He told me he was just going to look at the system to make sure all was in working order and reset the fault code. When he was ready to leave he told me the price was going to $270. I questioned what work was actually done and why I wasn’t quoted a price for whatever he was going to do. I would have decline since my system had started working. He then said “I was able to lower the price to $207”. I continued to decline payment. Why was I going to be charged one price and then the technician was magically able to lower to cost? I refused payment and discussed with the main office. I felt like the technician was trying to scam me, maybe because I am a woman and was alone. I like GAC but did not like that particular technician.

My experience with GacServices has been outstanding! Wilber Gurreo came to my house on a Saturday afternoon in 15degree temperatures to assess my gas fired furnace. He took the time to explain to me the various options for my 28yr old furnace. He said that my motherboard would need to be replaced. I decided it would be better to replace the furnace. GAC services was able to send an estimator (Derrick)out to me that afternoon. Derrick was able to arrange for my furnace to be replaced by Monday. I was astounded by how fast he made this happen.
Monday two men showed up to replace my furnace, they started at 10am and finished by 3pm. All finished and cleaned up before dark. I was amazed at their speed and accuracy. They also took the time to explain the install as well as how to control our new digital thermostat.
Job well done gentleman!!!! I highly recommend GAC services to anyone who needs a new furnace, they were quick and efficient.
