In a three week old filter, it got so clogged with chalky calcium powder that the unit was unable to maintain heat. While we could’ve simply changed the filter ourselves, not knowing what the cause of it was would’ve had us changing filters every three weeks. Thanks to JOHN for his insight and for making us warm again!

They completed a full heavy-up installation along with a generator panel, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. - HHHappy-CustomerDec 16, 20255.0My upstairs zone Carrier heat pump was replaced with a new Lennox unit at the start of last summer but couldnt be called or controlled by my Sensi Smart Thermostat(has battery backup) for heat. I upgraded to the Sensi Smart Touch(no battery backup) but discovered there was no RC/RH voltage coming from the air handler to power on the new thermostat. GAC tech, Vincent, worked diligently for three hours correcting several issues with the initial Lennox install including incorrect wiring, to get our heating restored. Kudos to his skill, patience and professionalism. Thanks, Vincent! Job well done!
