On the phone, they explained things clearly and were very kind and patient even though I was upset and anxious about the flooding. It’s a tough position to be in but the company’s representatives helped put me at ease. When a plumbing disaster happened at my parents’ home, I knew right away who to call. Each time, they arrived in a timely manner and clearly explained what they needed to do. When they were done, my basement floor in my home was cleaner than it had ever been. The team removed water, cleaned and sanitized the area including the rubber tiles we had. They removed them and brought them back after sanitizing them. They made sure all the surfaces were completely clean and dry. They were also very understanding when we had to reschedule the dates for them to retrieve their equipment because our basement was being dug up by the plumbers. While I hope I don’t have to use them again 😉 I would highly recommend this company. I am grateful to have found them.

The previous owners slacked on some of the maintenance, which caused mold issues in the unfinished basement. Flood and Fire Response removed the old insulation, scrubbed the wood beams, cleaned the walls/floors, and cleaned our HVAC system. It looks great and their price was much less than other quotes we received. Ayla was super helpful in scheduling the work and keeping us updated. She quickly responded to all of our questions throughout the job. The team was in and out in one day, which made it very convenient.
