He wore booties over his work shoes after he crossed the threshold of my home. After installing the replacement faucet, he tested the supply lines for several minutes to confirm that there were no leaks. The leak caused another issue -water damaged cabinet and ceiling. Jason informed me that he would inform the office, and a handyman from his team would be in contact. After being without a kitchen faucet or dishwasher for a week, Jason resolved the problem in less than an hour. The price was a little higher than other quotes I received, but the quality of service made this money well spent. 1/11/2026: I had to adjust the rating - no one followed up. I called in another company to look he water damaged cbinet and ceiling - they identified that the leak was also coming from a valve that wasn't addressed during the PipeWorks visit.

I had work done last year and was impressed. My neighbor just went through two weeks of calling several other companies in this area with horrible experiences of No-show appointments. Others with unreasonable price gouging estimates in the thousands of dollars without even sourcing the issues. I told her to call PipeWorks and she too was overjoyed. They seriously want to help and know how to do it. Best in the area hands down. And I don't do reviews. Paisley
