Though Rental Works is in Gaithersburg, they are easy to get to off 270 and had a full selection of equipment and accessories (and I find Home Depot is ALWAYS a problem with one thing or another). I dealt with Hunter, who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, however in the rush to get the equipment (which they helped me load) back to the house, I forgot the cord to the edge sander. I called Hunter when I got back to Kensington and though I didn't need to use the edger till the next day, he immediately volunteered to drop it off himself (after he closed) at my place in Rockville....Now that's going the extra mile in my book. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. When working with a local business, I value product knowledge highly, I also value friendliness and a willingness to help, but combine both with very reasonable pricing and you've got a customer for life. 5 stars.
