  Had a great experience with representative Tommy Hancock. The carpet was installed and they came back at no extra charge to fix the carpet around the fireplace hearth after it was installed. The prices were good- not the cheapest or the most expensive but this is a good company to work with. Honest, reliable and affordable.

  We could not be more thrilled with the level of service received from Friends & Family Flooring. Tommy was extremely patient was we contemplated not just the color/finish of the hardwood we wanted installed, but also the exact timeline. The team was never hesitant to provide as many samples as we needed and we never felt pressured to make a decision. We received prompt communication on when the material would be delivered to acclimate and then when the crew would arrive to install. The installation windows provided was longer than necessary which is always a welcome deviation, under promise and over deliver was definitely met on this project! The attention to detail that the team took when installing the product and care for our house was extremely appreciated. I only wish we had more floors for the team to install! I highly recommend Friends and Family as the quality, in my opinion, is not going to be matched.

  Had such a great experience with Friends and Family flooring! We had a super small job, just replacing the carpet in one room in our house, but they still treated us like a priority. Ryan was extremely helpful in assisting us with choosing a carpet that was right for us and getting everything scheduled, and was super respectful of our budget constraints. He and Jesse were both incredibly communicative throughout the whole process: keeping us posted when they had ordered the carpet, when it was delivered, etc. Scheduling was extremely quick and they were so flexible! The crew that came out to install the carpet was extremely quick, communicative, and professional. This company really stands out for their communication with customers, I don't think I've ever experienced this level of communication with any other contractor! Highly recommend.
