Hopefully I will not need their help again anytime soon but should I ever need hvac work again, apex will be my first call! Definitely recommend!

She had a maintenance check schedule and they NEVER showed. She called to inquire and they were full of excuses. She tried to reschedule and the girl said she didn't have the schedule in front of her and that she would have to call back. A business that grows TOO big TOO fast loses their customer service aspect of their company.
