  Gave me bad advice, had me book an unneeded service to clean a clean chimney, ghosted me and left the job incomplete without returning calls. What you expect from a place with an address in a hotel, I guess.

  The apex guys installed a new furnace for me yesterday. They did a fantastic job! Great price and they were able to get me scheduled fast. Hopefully I will not need their help again anytime soon but should I ever need hvac work again, apex will be my first call! Definitely recommend!

  Well so far the lady answered the phone was very prompt and polite!! And getting me a appointment to get my furnace fixed so let's hope all keeps going same way 🙏

  If I could give a zero, I would. My mom paid a hefty 10 yr. maintenance contract when she had her new system installed 2 years ago. She had a maintenance check schedule and they NEVER showed. She called to inquire and they were full of excuses. She tried to reschedule and the girl said she didn't have the schedule in front of her and that she would have to call back. A business that grows TOO big TOO fast loses their customer service aspect of their company.
