The repair is complicated due to the age of our heating system & he needs to get more information. He seems to want to help find a solution to fixing our leaking radiant heat! I hope to change this review to 5 stars if we can have Markool fix the problems! I did get a call back finally. Will update review after service call on Friday. Not sure what's going on with Markool. Called 1 1/2 weeks ago to ask about servicing a leak in our radiant heat valves- I had previously emailed pictures of the valves to ask if this was something they could fix & company still had pictures. Said they would check with master plumber and call me back. No call back. Called again and was told again would ask master plumber if he could fix and call me back. No call back. We used them last year to fix another leak and was very happy with master plumber --he's since left the company.

Service tech insisted that was the only thermostat they offered and to go to Lowe’s and buy one would be a waste of money. Now I have a thermostat in my house that cost way more then I wanted to pay just because I wanted everything done with the same company.
