Zack showed up the day before to look and see what the issue was. After spending over 2 hours with us, he gave us options of a new unit. The next morning Mike showed up promptly at the time and was eager and friendly from the start. The rest of the crew, Colt, Zak, and Chris ( I feel like I’m forgetting a name or 2) came in, also eager and ready to get the job done. It was a long day. The weather was definitely being a Mother Nature day. LOL. At the end, Hunter and Blake stopped by to assist and seemed to be the younger of the crew. Let me say this, when we start to worry about our younger generation, these 2 young men we’re raised well. Enthusiastic, still had charge in their battery and also well mannered and polite . From speaking to Katy in the office to wrapping things up at the end of a long day with Chis and Colt, not only would I HIGHLY recommend Markool and this AWESOME staff but they have gained my trust. - MHMaria HoltDec 18, 20255.0Trevor was the estimator that came to our house and advised us of what would work after listening to what our goal/needs were for a complete install of HVAC system. He was thorough and patient with all if our questions, even late night questions and concerns before the install. On install day Hunter and Blake showed up on time and answered more questions and concerns and worked diligently on removing old equipment and installing. It was a complicated job that needed ductwork redone in a very tight corner. They played protective runners throughout the work area to protect our floors. The were very nice polite and professional young men.
- P1Poidog 10Dec 17, 20252.0Mike came out. Provided an assessment and price for new hot water heater. While there, I also had him replace 2 bath spouts and 1 toilet fill valve. I provided parts. He did good work. Very friendly. Labor for less than 2 hours of work was $950. My fault as I agreed to pay it.. I was not in a position to haggle. It s a total shame because I really am looking for a good plumber in Frederick…. Can’t afford $450/ hour. Makes no sense.
