- TKTim KickNov 27, 20255.0A couple of years ago, our septic system finally gave up the ghost and we dreaded the idea of replacement. Chavis responded quickly and with an honest evaluation of things. Their on site review of our property and plats indicated we might have a way to install a new system with costly pumps and secondary tanks. They worked with the County to get us the better solution we desired. The even fixed a grading problem in the area of the new system at no extra cost. Recently, Ron came for our first pump out. He was very pleasant and educated me a little better on the overall operation of our system. Overall, I could not be more pleased with our decision to use Chavis as our provider and encourage anyone to call the for an evaluation and estimate before making a final decision on septic repairs.
