Brad came into our home to review the issues with a 20 plus year old gas furnace. Brad was able to discuss the process for the quote, look at the unit itself. Knowing that this would be a tough job since the furnace was only 14” wide. Brad still quoted me and was ideally the perfect fit. After Brad completed his portion, we talked about servicing and maintenance on another unit. He took the time to listen and give honest feedback. The scheduling process with Emily couldn’t have been anymore smoother. Emily provided great customer service and was willing to work around my scheduled. She also made it easy for the deposit. Regarding installation, that was top notch. Clayton and Dominique were an awesome duo. They worked quickly and swiftly. At the end of the installation, they took the time to discuss what they did and answered questions. Cleaning up was amazing as I didn’t have to go behind them. They respected our home as if it was there own home. I don’t think I could’ve asked for anything better. From my family themselves, they are feeling the heat now! The house is set up well and this winter they will NOT be freezing! Thank you SM Mechanical for all you did for us. It’s truly appreciated and well deserved for 5 stars!
