  I couldn't be happier with this business, for my HVAC and Plumbing needs. They have more knowledge and expertise than most, are versatile and flexible across product lines and options, they are efficient, and they hunt for the greatest value and quality for our needs without overselling. Also it was great having a father-son team who arrived early within the stated time window to replace my hot water heater and prepped, protected and cleaned up any potential carpet areas after their work, which they executed flawlessly and in very reasonable time. The son even answered some unrelated questions I had about my HVAC system that was installed by the same company 2 years ago. I am very happy with my experience with the company and all of the people I have worked with to give me the solutions I needed in my house.

  Tell your family and friends and neighbors about the EmPower Maryland rebate program! I recently purchased a 47-year-old home which was not at all well insulated or heated. I decided to have an energy audit done after a friend told me about the rebate program from Delmarva. Brett Pfaff Was assigned to me for the energy audit and he was so helpful, explained things well to me and overall I could tell he was a great guy. he gave me the results of the audit very quickly. I decided to have HVAC installed in my home and insulation in the attic and basement. Everything was done in a very timely manner! SM Mechanical,LLC was so wonderful to deal with. All of the electricians HVAC installers were so professional and did such a fantastic job in my home. I couldn’t be more pleased.! I would also like to mention the fantastic crew in the office that kept me updated at all times via phone call or text.Brett Pfaff, Alex, Dylan Glos, Brian Fusco, Clayton Charlton & John Domonik all did a fantastic job and I’m very grateful.

  Our entire experience from diagnosis of problem, estimate of possible repair, and estimate to replace system was very professional. We decided to replace entire system. Brad Foxwell provided an extremely reasonable estimate to replace system. Within 2 business days from time of ordering system, SM Mechanical dispatched personnel to perform removal and installation of new system. The lead technician, Anthony Vucci and his helper John arrived early this morning. They immediately set up to start the job. Their customer service is excellent. The professional performance of their job is greatly appreciated. We could not be more satisfied with our total experience. We would highly recommend this company for any of the services they provide.

  I have used this company for all of my heat pump needs. They are mannerly, on time, and neat and clean. This time my pipes were frozen and Purcell went far and beyond to get them clear. Time was not an issue for him. He was here to get the job done. And he did a great job! I will recommend you all to my neighbors and friends every time! Thank you for all you did today Purcell!

  After getting a huge BGE bill, I reached out to Roy at SM Mechanical to schedule an energy audit. I live in a home built in 1945, so it is not efficient when it comes to heating and air. He managed to come out on a Sunday which was the only day I was available. Turns out I had no Installation in the attic, had gaps in my basement where air was getting in and my water heater was 20+ years old. When checking on that we found a pipe that was leaking. I needed that water heater quickly and by doing the audit Roy was able to get me rebates back from BGE. After I receive the rebates, I would actually only come out of pocket for 25% of the total cost. After making the payment in 10 working days I had a new water heater, Sealed basement and insulation in my attic. Also, I originally did not have access to the attic, and they made an access panel. This was scheduled 4 days after an ice storm and was able to still stay on schedule. Roy walked me through every step. Great work from SM and their crews!!
