They stayed on the timeline we were told and cleaned up very well each day before they left. They were doing work in every room of the house to install the ductwork, so we appreciated how much attention they gave to containing the mess and cleaning up each day before leaving. They also communicated with us thoroughly throughout the whole process. We have since moved to Harford Co and we continue to use Modern in our new home. Last year we upgraded our HVAC system in this house and they gave us honest recommendations and completed the job in one day. I always recommend them!
