    We called several companies for a defective oil burner that died this December with temperature hovering around 19 degrees. Hughes Mechanical was the ONLY company who called us back immediately and met with us the same day to resolve our issue. They went over several options, guiding us through the process to help make the best decision possible. Eventually we decided to ditch the oil burner for a new energy efficient heat pump system. The team at Hughes Mechanical are top notch professionals and I HIGHLY recommend them for their services, compassion, integrity and commitment to excellence.     I went with Hughes for the installation of a heat pump and not only were they great at discussing the different options and answering all my questions, they were efficient and did a complete job. A year later and I am so happy with them I hope to get the water heater replaced soon. Chad is stellar. So professional, knowledgeable, and returns my calls timely.
