I had requested an electrical inspection as I had concerns. They did a very thorough evaluation and showed the results of the testing and explained the significance. The following day we were presented with what was needed and pricing. After 37 years in the house this was our first upgrade and correction of some worrisome items. Jorge, the electrician began later that day and then spent 2 long days replacing the panel, all recepticals and rewiring the basement. He was a delight to have - very kind and detailed - explained everything he had done. We feel very safe now and the function has improved greatly. I’ve been very happy with every encounter we’ve had with Supreme.

Great HVAC technicians from Supreme Service Today, but check their prices for extra work, consider the price of their service plan, and consider the quality of their plumbing techs' work. The HVAC technicians from Supreme Service Today are all top-notch. Jose has come to our home a few times. All HVAC technicians do very complete work with great attention to details. They are all knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Supreme Service Today has also done two duct work additions in my home, with excellent results. Just today Saber completed installation of a return vent and duct, with excellent work. Supreme Service Today price-matched another contractor's estimate to bring the price of this installation down Very Significantly! Kirby has Still Not been able to get a replacement thermostat for my York Affinity heat pump after claiming to do his best to make it read properly. It has been 5 1/3 (Five and a third) Months now and and we Still have a wandering, unstable thermostat that Supreme Service Today has replaced twice. I am hoping that Supreme Service Today can make the thermostat operate normally Very Soon. I do Not have much good to say about the plumbing techs from Supreme Service Today. They did Not drain the water heater at all like the manufacturer, but rather were content to watch it flush for forty minutes. Then in the water chemicals test they advised me that I had hard water because the pH was high. They thought that H in pH stood for Hardness. Rather, it is well known that pH is a measurement of acidity / base of the water. I had high Alkalinity, Not high hardness. I have not had the water / plumbing technicians back since to do what I can do better. Great HVAC technicians from Supreme Service Today, but check their prices for extra work, consider the price of their service plan, and consider the quality of their plumbing techs' work.

It's rare for me to leave negative reviews, but the last-minute cancellation and incorrect rescheduling made my experience very frustrating. We moved into our home about 7 months ago with a hvac system this company installed and has been servicing for 5+ years. Our system started making a loud noise, so naturally I called them for service. Our appointment (8–12) was canceled with less than 30 minutes’ notice via a text. I immediately called and was rescheduled for the same afternoon. Four hours later received a text confirmation for the next day that I did not schedule. I adjusted my work schedule to be home for the original appointment. They’re also still using the previous homeowner’s name in text messages to my number despite me asking them to update it in a call to them after my original appointment text confirmation. Communication feels entirely automated with no clear way to speak to a real person when scheduling an appointment or encountering an issue like this. Overall, poor communication and unreliable scheduling.

Supreme technicians generally do an acceptable job, if you can get them to actually show up. They tend to cancel about half of our scheduled visits on the day of the visit. My greatest frustration/annoyance with them is that they are mostly focused on upselling. One minute they’ll show you that your filter was barely dirty after 6 months and the next minute they are trying to sell you a multi thousand dollar electronic filtration system. Yesterday they offered 3 different upsells totally over $8K! The tech didn’t find anything wrong with our system but I had to ask him to tell me about the water pressure in the geothermal loops because he didn’t volunteer it. There was enough pressure but only just barely in range. He could have added water to make sure the loop would continue to stay in range until the next service! By the time I got this info he had been here nearly two hours and was packed up and ready to leave. This is not what I consider servicing the equipment. I am so done with them.

TL;DR: Long‑term customer experience deteriorated due to repeated missed appointments, poor communication, high‑pressure sales tactics, and failure to follow through on a warranty issue. I do not recommend this company. I was a customer of Supreme Service Today for approximately four years. My early experience (2022–2023) was solid—appointments were confirmed, technicians were professional, and service documentation was clear. That reliability led me to enroll in their maintenance program. Over time, service quality declined noticeably. Routine maintenance visits increasingly became sales‑driven, with technicians pushing additional services using “limited‑time” pressure tactics. These interactions felt inappropriate for maintenance visits and raised concerns about priorities. By late 2025, basic scheduling and communication became unreliable. While attempting to arrange routine service for a hybrid water heater they installed in 2023, appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, undocumented, or missing entirely from their system. I frequently had to call just to verify whether a technician would arrive. Reaching a live representative was often difficult due to reliance on an AI receptionist. When the water heater began displaying recurring error codes and entering fail‑safe mode, service delays continued despite the urgency. A technician eventually showed up, way past the expected window of arrival, and thought the issue was possibly a parts issue. These findings needed to be verified by supervisor performing a checklist of tests that the manufacturer would provide. It was promised that a follow up appointment was scheduled for the next week. When calling to confirm the day before if the appointment was still happening, it was relayed to me that there wasn't one scheduled. After finally getting someone come in, I was assured the company would manage the warranty process. But weeks turned into months (from the beginning of January to the end of March at the time of writing), and there had been little progress and no proactive communication about the issue. I ultimately contacted the manufacturer myself to obtain the checklist and sought a second opinion from another provider, who raised concerns that had not been addressed during the original "limited time" sale or installation. While I was initially patient and gave the company multiple opportunities to correct these issues, the consistent pattern of missed appointments, poor communication, and lack of follow‑through ultimately eroded trust. Based on my experience, I recommend choosing another service provider.
