Last week we contacted supreme service today, because we have a service contract with them for our air conditioning units and other plumbing. We asked for them to come out and provide us with estimates to replace our water heater, which seemed to be slowly leaking and a boiler which needed to be replaced.
We contacted another reputable plumber in our area and received a quote which was below supreme service's quote. My husband and I debated which company to go with, but because we have a service contract already with supreme service, we went with them. We scheduled the install for our new hot water heater on Friday, March 6th, and I took off work for an appointment that was scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
At 2:20, we still had no plumber. I called and got their dispatch. I was told the plumber would still be coming. An hour later still no plumber. I called again. Again I was told the plumber would still make it to my house that day. At 5:20, I called again. At no point, did anyone from the company call me to let me know what was going on. Eventually I was able to get a person on the phone who agreed to schedule me on a Saturday morning, but they tried to offer me Monday or Tuesday. At this point our water heater was not working, and they knew that. I think many of my phone calls were answered by AI.
On Saturday, the service person did not come until about 10:30 in the morning even though I was told we would be first thing at 9:00. I did not get a phone call from them to tell me why they were delayed. I had to call again. When the service person came, he damaged the unit on installation. A brand new unit has a dent in it and he broke the temperature gauge part which tells it to heat. I know he damaged it, because my door has a hole in it. Also there is a big dent in the bottom of the unit. He never told me that it was damaged or that he did image to my house. He just told me it was working and left. He told me it would take a couple of hours for it to fully heat up. It never heated up.
We called and tried to get service as soon as possible for Monday. We ended up getting someone there in the afternoon on Monday. The same guy who damaged it the first time. The owner has never called us. They don't seem to be concerned. The fact that they sold us a unit and damaged it. No one has contacted us about replacing the unit that is damaged. They just brought a new part to try to fix the temperature gauge or whatever.
We have had service by supreme for years. This is absolutely the worst service we've ever received from them. And the fact that the owner has not called to try to make it right is maddening. Does he not get any feedback from his employees? Has no one let him know that our unit was damaged upon installation? You wouldn't expect someone to accept a DAMAGED vehicle that had been sold as NEW. Why am I supposed to accept a damaged hot water heater?
THE FINAL ICING ON THE CAKE, IS THAT WE WERE CHARGED TWICE.

The service team was good (I thought) but getting the appointment scheduled was a hurdle. Several reschedules.
However after the service I find my house covered in a quarter inch of dirt, dust and lint! It’s like they blew the contents of the vent into the house!! It’s EVERYWHERE and they left blue plastic on the vents.
At this price point it’s ridiculous

Our experience with Supreme Services was great. Vincent, Chris, Justin, Cameron, and Joe were very professional and polite. They worked in a crawl space that wasn't very high. We certainly will call Supreme Service again, and recommend them to others.

This is the 3rd time this winter I have been without heat. The sales manager convinced me to purchase an emergency heating unit for my Geo and without doing his due diligence he ordered a unit that will not work in my home. I was initially told the total would be approximately $2300. and when installing the part the technician realized I did not have the wiring and an additional $850. was added to the cost. On the third trip to my home to finish the install the technician blew the transformer causing my unit to not work at all. He then told me we would be without heat again and that my electrical box would not handle the added load. The company should have done a comprehensive review of my existing unit before selling me over $3000 of products that do not work. They have been to my home several times over the past several years and are very familiar with my unit. They have yet to call me to discuss how they intend to remedy the problem and are not returning our call.

Very simply, I called asked if they could install an under sink instant hot, said they could. They came out same day promptly and I asked if he knew how to install an under sink instant hot and he said they've done many. I told him another plumber came out and couldn't do it. He played with the instructions for at least a half hour and called his boss. While he waited for his boss he wasted time testing our water. His boss arrived, the 2 of them conferred and it was decided they didn't want to finish what the other plumber couldn't.
