  Supreme was great! Our plumber was Joe, who was efficient and thorough. We had two shut off valves and the he main house shut off valve. He also threw in a water quality test. Gave us very helpful info (they sell sell some purifiers/filters, but he wasn’t pushy). They also do financing for some larger jobs. Highly recommend them!

  Will came to us on New Year's evening and got our heat going fairly quickly. He recommended another repair to be done after the part comes in. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

  Jonas was very professional and polite. He explained all of the parts that were failing on the unit, the part they play, the cost for replacement, and how they affected the rest of the unit. I received several estimates on a graduated scale based upon the repairs I may choose. Jonas and Quincy seemed very thorough, better than several companies I have had out in the past. And I intend to use supreme service today in the future.

  Our Service Tech Yousef was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything and diagnosed our problem quickly. He was able to order the part. Scheduling was super easy and prompt. Always in communication. I would highly recommend

  Ricardo installed my water furnace geothermal unit. So far working well. He patiently answered all my questions, was very respectful and tidied up each day after his work. He worked a long day the first day in conjunction with Connelly drilling to ensure the unit was up and running so I wouldn’t be without heat. I do want to add that Supreme could improve on assigning someone so the customer knows who to contact with questions. Once Ryan the sales guy had me sign the contract, I found it very hard to find someone to figure out the next steps. It would have been nice for Ryan to say that his part is done and give me contact details of a project manager at the beginning. Coordination between supreme and the drilling company was poor. Still trying to get Supreme to update the contract to include the updated warranty. Charlie AI can't really help much other than say someone will call me back. Most times I am waiting a long time for that return call. The owner of Connelly Drilling though was very responsive and prompt in replying to concerns and questions.
