I feel like he consistently listens to try and address the multiple issues that have occurred with our steam system (installed 5 years ago by this company) to get adequate heat in more of our radiators. Today he did setup with testing on a part installed by a different technician yesterday. (The other tech left without informing me there was an error message showing on the display of the new part.) Now after a few more small changes in the boiler settings, I am hopeful that after 5 years of inadequate heating on the 2nd floor, that even if it’s still not close to my old system, we should hopefully finally have more heat upstairs than we have in the previous 5 winters since the installation.
