- NANaveed AhmadMar 3, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable experience. Force TK told me over the phone they could work on a Carrier unit. Based on their word, I drove into their shop. The moment I pulled in, the money grab started. They charged me $266 for a “pre-trip” and then hit me with another $222 for “diagnostics.” $488 total — and NOTHING was fixed. No repairs. No solution. Just looking at the unit and handing me a bill. Why charged hourly labour when charging for pre trip. double billing for the same visit. This feels like pure nickel-and-diming. The worst part? After taking my $488, they suddenly say, “We can’t continue diagnosing it because it’s a Carrier unit.” Seriously? Why tell me to come in if you can’t even work on it? That information should have been clear BEFORE I pulled into the bay — not after they got paid. This felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. I walked out nearly $500 lighter with zero progress on my issue. Be very careful bringing your equipment here — you might leave with an empty wallet and nothing fixed.
