  If you’re like me, you drive yourself crazy doing research prior to making any major decisions. Stop scrolling and listen up. I’m no stranger to construction. I work in the industry every day. We met with four different contractors. Three of the four thought we’d be better off demolishing our house of over 20 years and starting from scratch. The fourth contractor was Design Build Remodeling Group (DBRG). Knowing what I know today, I could have saved myself a lot of time and stress if I had started with DBRG from the beginning. General Manager Todd Swanson is extremely experienced and qualified to build any project you’re considering. I say this with confidence because DBRG completed a whole house remodel for us. DBRG, Todd and his Construction Superintendent, Leah worked with our extremely sensitive budget and timeline. The schedule I was given six months out was kept…. to the day! Problems I didn’t know existed were taken care of before I noticed. Suppliers and sub-contractors seriously respect DBRG. I promise you, our project would not have been possible without Todd and Leah and now that the work is done we couldn’t be happier. Stop thinking and researching. The process is simple. Contact Todd and have him write up your contract. It won’t be some crazy corporate contract you’ll need your attorney to review. It will be clear and easy to understand. Read it, then read it again. If you don’t understand something or want a change, ask. I can assure you that if it’s in the contract DBRG will deliver. I have already recommended DBRG to two different coworkers and I would not hesitate to use them again. DBRG is small enough to care, large enough to get your project done!

  We had a fantastic experience with DBRG remodeling our home in Bethesda! We added a floor to our home and redid our whole first floor (including expansion of the space, redoing the kitchen and a bathroom remodel)! Not only was the design and workmanship top notch, Todd and Leah were great to work with. They are both a wealth of knowledge when it comes to design and construction and they both excel with their communication skills. Leah managed the subcontractors well to ensure timely completion within our budget so we could move back to a complete, functional, and beautiful home! We feel very lucky to have found such a great team to work with! Leah was our go to every day- shout out to her amazing project management skills and answering all of our questions daily! Highly recommend DBRG!

  We have worked with Design Build Remodel Group of Maryland on kitchen, bath and whole house renovations at a couple of residences. The design and management team are top notch. They are prompt in responding to questions or resolving issues We are looking forward to working with Design Build Remodel Group of Maryland on the next project !!
