When the crew arrived they pointed out damage and cracks to the posts and other parts that weren’t initially considered. I agreed to a full removal and replacement of the deck. The crew spent 2 1/2 days (in very cold weather) and did a great job. They explained their approach and pointed out ways in which the new structure was superior to the original. I completely agreed. They made need piles of debris and removes it completely not missing a scrap. At the end of the final day, I immediately connected them with my next door neighbors, who also need some updates. Although the price went up significantly from my more modest plan. I felt it was a fair price especially considering the high quality of the craftsmanship.
