They provided notifications and updates about the technicians arrival time within the provided 2 hour window. Anthony was very professional, put covers on his shoes before entering our home. Listened as my husband described the noise he was hearing and then tried to reproduce it. Unable to fully reproduce it, he made a tentative diagnosis based on the description and similar noise that was produced. He made some minor adjustments explaining why it could be making the noise. Further, he suggested that if the noise returns that we record it for him to make a more accurate diagnosis. Great company and experienced technician!

He got right to business checking over everything and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He then performed an overall service check of our system and was here less than an hour. Highly recommend this company based on my experience with our heat pump needs.

He was able to get us fixed and up and running for less than $250. Rick was professional, kind, worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was done properly. He was very sweet to the pets in the house even when they were in his way. He took his time to explain everything to me and gave us a 30 day warranty for his labor. I’m so grateful for the referral to this company. I had such a great experience. Thank you Rick!
