It was a great experience - they answered right away and told us a technician would be in touch within half an hour, which they were. Garrett told us he had another customer first and could get to us after them. He gave us a rough time frame and called us within that frame to let us know he was on his way. When he got here, he thoroughly checked over every part of our system and kept us informed about what he found. We felt very comfortable with Apple and would not hesitate to call them again!
