  I would only recommend USI Carroll Insulation they do a great job and wouldn't trust anyone else with my home needs. Brandon Edens was a great help and very informative, he really knows his stuff. I've looked at many different insulation companies and USI has it all they have options for air sealing your home for maximum comfort/energy efficiency, removal and installion of attic insulation, and installation of fireboxes of reccessed lighting for saftey concerns. For me, as a homeowner, I love this local business because they are one of the few places that are honest when it comes to letting you know what you DO and DO NOT need. They are knowledgeable and are willing to explain things in a way that doesnt make you feel dumb, as a homeowner. The best and most important thing is they are super affordable and dont pass on their overhead expensense onto the customer like some bigger companies do. If your looking for a local company who cares about their customers, who is honest and thorough, and very affordable offering the most bang for your buck I'd highly recommend Brandon and USI. I promise you wont regret this decision! Call and ask for Brandon he'll set you up with everything you need!

  Work was adequate but billing practices are not efficient. Did not appreciate an implication that the bill was unpaid when it was mailed on Monday, the 14th of April. We did not receive a bill until April 11 indicating that payment was due on April 7?????? Makes you wonder if the left hand knows what the right hand is doing????? The administrative personnel NEVER return phone calls.

  Driver cuts me off on slick roads instead of waiting 40 seconds. Road behind me was clear. No other cars on road. Then when I get beside the driver he is looking at his PHONE. I guess this company pushes the workers hard that they can’t drive safe on the roads.

  I have been using Carroll Insulation for years and they are fantastic for attic cleaning and installation of new insulation. The professionalism you receive from Adam is worth it's weight in gold to contractors who depend upon his expertise.
