  I feel very fortunate to have mouse clicked the link to this company when frantically internet searching for someone to install a new heat pump. Otherwise I probably would have paid considerably more elsewhere not to mention getting potentially shoddy service. I truly felt I was talked to in an honest tone w/o the aggressive salesman pitch heard from a couple others that stopped by my house to provide estimates that were downright scary versus what I could afford at the time. Palmer Heating & Cooling even had someone promptly come back to my house a couple days post installation when I noticed a very minor water leak that simply just needed patching with extra glue... absolutely no issues since. A couple weeks have passed and my heat pump works perfect as of this review. I couldn't be happier and surely won't hesitate to contact them again should I need this or other household issues fixed that are within their expertise.
