  Our A/C went out due to a broken fan blower and a few other related parts. Russ, with Palmer Heating and Cooling identified the problem quickly and then offered a solution that didn't require waiting weeks for a back ordered part. They were able to use their expertise to rewire our system and get the unit working for us the following day - a Saturday! I was very pleased with how professional and knowledgeable they were. The A/C is blowing beautifully again. Thanks, Palmer Heating and Cooling!

  Russ came to the house and did a free estimate. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. His crew arrived and worked hard all day to install our new central air system. They cleaned up before they left and were very respectful. I would refer his company to anyone.

  I’d like to thank Palmer Heating & Cooling for taking my call yesterday in the midst of their busyness (during the high heat index warnings) and sending their technicians round so promptly to fix my HVAC. They knew exactly what to do and it was a pleasure to meet them. Ps. All fixed within about two hours of my phone call.
