  I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the technicians at C. Albert Matthews. Always courteous and professional, and they actually fix and repair the problem.All these issues seem to be an issue here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with other companies.Not with these guys and gals. Keep up the good work, I’m a customer for life.

  I appreciated the detailed estimate I was given, after Leonard came out to evaluate my space. It gave me several options for replacement of my ductless HVAC unit. Also, the price was much better for a similar product from another company. Just what I expected. The installation crew was efficient, polite, and clean. My unit works great and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend C. Albert Matthew's and will use them for future projects.

  Unprofessional staff and a horrible experience. Make sure you get an additional diagnosis from at least one other HVAC company when you're dealing with this one to protect yourself. Happy to discuss with the owner of the company over a scheduled phone call.

  Juwan and his team did a great install of a new mini split system over four days in frigid weather. They protected the interior of the house and cleaned up thoroughly. We're very satisfied with the service, and when we eventually replace the other HVAC zone we'll call Matthews.
