  Dave and the Anchor Waterproofing team were responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. They were prompt to provide an estimate, set clear expectations on the work they would perform, and held true to those expectations and their schedule. It's only been a little over a month since they installed the waterproofing system, but with all of the recent snow melt and rain, the system seems to be working great! I would definitely recommend you call Anchor if you have a basement waterproofing need.

  Anchor was great with the drain installation in our basement. Just finished last weekend. The previous homeowners had drain system installed that covered most of our finished basement, but the finished bathroom wasn’t included in the drain system, which we didn’t realize until we found mold on the bathroom baseboards. We had a few other companies come out to do estimates, and they all said they’d need to rip out the entire drain system and install a new one in order to run a drain to the bathroom, even though the rest of the basement was doing fine and the drain system was only five years old. Anchor had installed the rest of the basement drain for the previous homeowners, and they agreed to tie the bathroom into our existing system. This saved us several thousand dollars and also saved us from having to have the floors in the rest of the basement ripped out. Our job ended up costing around $3k, but we were quoted $6k-$11k by other companies (because again, they wanted to redo the entire basement drain system despite us only needing the bathroom tied into the existing system), so we found this option much more acceptable. Dave came out to do an estimate right away, and he was able to get the job scheduled for us within about a week of our first call. He and Cindy, who handled the scheduling and payment, were both super nice and answered all of our questions with patience. Dave treated the foundation blocks for mold and got the bathroom floor demoed and the drain installed on the same day. He also pointed out a spot along our back patio that was letting water in and got that patched up for us while he was here. I obviously can’t speak to longevity since it has been less than a week, but Anchor does offer a lifetime warranty on their internal work. So far we’re happy we went with them!   Have been having an issue with water coming into my finished basement. Dave came and didnt try to push me towards one way or the other. Gave me a better price than others (some 3x as less). Was able to come a few weeks later even though the ground started to get cold. Found of the outside wall had holes in the foundation and explained to me what he was doing. Finally nice to not have to worry about water coming into my basement during heavy rains. Awesome service and great communication

  Had a French drain installed in the basement of my 100 year old house. Install went smoothly and the company and foreman were communicative and great to work with.

  We had Anchor waterproof the basement of our 150 year old house. They did a great job! Very professional from the office staff to the owner and the onsite foreman. We are happy to report that after the first big rain since it was finished we had not a drop of water in the basement. Cannot thank them enough and highly recommend!
