  What can I say about Cardinal Distributors! I will start off by saying that after a failed attempt at getting carpet installed with another local company, I contacted Cardinal Distributors the day before Thanksgiving 2020 asking the craziest question... which was...Do you have carpet available that can be installed today? I was in desperate need of getting carpet the same day because I had family coming to stay with me that evening and we needed to make sure the space was ready for them, which meant the flooring needed to be installed. Chris, the sales rep that answered my call was courteous and tried to get me the help I needed by first connecting me with a carpet installer. After solidifying that if I found carpet that worked for me, it could indeed be installed the same day, I headed over to their showroom. Chris helped me find a quality carpet and padding and at a very good price. Chris was very personable and honest. This was greatly appreciated especially after the poor experience I had with the other carpet company. I will definitely recommend Cardinal Distributors to anyone who wants quality carpet, good service and affordable pricing. And last but not least, I really like my new carpet.

  I just wanted to take this opportunity to share my experience with Cardinal Distributors. I purchased some laminate flooring for a project I was working on and I can’t say enough great things about Chris! My first experience with Chris was over the phone when I was trying to get pricing on a particular flooring product. He was so helpful answering all my questions about the products durability and installation. He was also able to offer me extremely competitive pricing on the flooring and in fact beat all the other competitors. The second time we interacted was after my flooring was installed by a flooring contractor that I hired and he incorrectly installed my steps. I was so upset and I called Chris and he reassured me that we could work together to resolve it and he did just that by helping me reorder items needed to repair the steps and recommending a qualified installer. I’m so impressed with the customer service and flooring that I received and would highly recommend this business to any of my family or friends.
