  Technician was great - fixed the clog but explained everything including some potential pipe issues due to very old materials of piping under the house and out to the street. Very personable and knowledgeable. I didn't see his name on the invoice otherwise I would mention him here. Sunday, April 12, 2026 in Ridgely, MD.

  You know, they got the blockage out and were quick. I was asked if I had a flashlight, and I gave them one of mine. But they left the room pretty bad with my flashlight sitting behind the toilet covered in waste when they left. And water and stuff floating everywhere. I should have looked before they left. As an electrician, I always check my area and clean up.
