Rodney came over twice and had several phone calls to make sure I felt comfortable with the pricing and the system. He was always kind and patient for a newby like me. Install was a breeze, took 1 & 1/2 days. They were respectful and efficient. Left no trash and explained things well. Cost was average with other companies for a Carrier unit. They had excellent financing options through Wells Fargo. Fast forward 5 months to my service call for fall. This coat was included in the install of the system. We had lots of questions about running the system, the air knight, and the filter. Ricky spoke to me in a kind patient manner. Explained how to keep my system in top shape and get the lost energy cost for the upcoming winter. It took about an hour and he was very respectful and knowledgeable. I will request him in the future. For an expensive home update I feel like I can trust them to be kind and knowledgeable. I didn't once feel oversold or pushed, they were honest.

We made a phone call at eight o'clock in the morning to set up a time for a technician to come out the same day to diagnose at $115.00 and do the repair at at (Time-and-Materials), their term was called repair and parts "ITEM COST", it the same thing as T&M... We received a notice prior to them arriving, which made it great for us to make sure someone was going to be home. Upon our 2 technicians arrival (Ricky and Jake), we showed them the thermostat and walked down to the basement, where the furnace was at.. Our furnace was not starting. Two out of the five burners were igniting but the other three were not starting up. Arrival was at 1:25pm and they completed it the diagnostic and the repair and left at 3:03pm. We were very pleased with the knowledge and expertise of the technicians, and the thoroughness of all steps taken in doing the diagnostic, but felt that the cost of the time (30 minutes) spent at to remove and clean the 5 LP Burners and replace the Hot Serface Igniter at the price of $388.00 was high. Our bill total was $503.00 Our suggestion is to only send one technician instead of two. It will keep the cost of doing business down.
