From mitigation through restoration, we were treated like a priority. Actually, we were treated like family! Our urgency was their urgency, and our expected quality was their expected quality. In fact, some of the mitigation took place while we were out of state, and my husband was having heart surgery. We felt totally confident leaving them in our home to do their job. We were not disappointed. Not only were the crews nice as can be, they spoke of their bosses and co-workers with respect and appreciation. It was lovely to see a company that seemed to earn the respect of all..
