Frank, the sales rep was very helpful, available, and patient, and made sure I was well-informed to make the best decision. He coordinated everything to make sure the installation went smoothly. Frank also got an additional technician, Benjamin, to come out on short notice to fix our old mini-split. Benjamin worked for several hours to diagnose and fix the issue. I highly recommend ESA.

Our unit is over 18 years old and I was fully expecting to be told it would have to be replaced. Ivan was able to get it running again. Even if he had not I felt like every reasonable effort would have been made to help us. Was very impressed and happy with the service.
