  We recently used A-Plus Carpet and Flooring to install LVP and carpet throughout our first home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, they tailored the project to our goals, priorities, and timeline. The owner, Eric, personally came out to take measurements and checked on the job multiple times to make sure everything was moving smoothly. Both Eric and Nathan communicated with us throughout the entire project and were incredibly patient, answering every question we had about the installation process, the differences between products, and the adjustments we could make to stay within budget. They went above and beyond to source a beautiful LVP option from a brand that wasn’t in their showroom at the time and coordinated directly with the manufacturer when shipping was delayed. Our stairs were especially unique, and they crafted custom pieces to ensure everything looked seamless and elevated. What truly sets A-Plus Carpet apart is their dedication and pride in their work. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. It’s a family-owned and family-run business, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in doing things the right way. The final result is stunning!   I’ve dealt with many contractors over many years, and I have been most impressed with A Plus Carpet and Flooring. As an insurance adjuster, I had many happy customers after A Plus Carpet did the repairs, and their experience and professionalism stood out. As a customer myself, Eric’s experience and knowledge is immense and helped guide us throughout the planning and process, and the wood floor installation itself was simply amazing. The crews are skilled and professional, and the end result exceeded our highest expectations. I would very highly recommend A Plus Carpet to anyone, and sing their praises.

  I highly recommend A Plus Carpet and Flooring and am happy that I hired them for this project. Thomas, Nathan, Lew, Ami and the owner Eric were great to work with as I took samples home from the showroom (that had so much to choose from) until I found what I wanted. They are very friendly, customer service oriented, professional and did quality work to replace carpet with maple engineered wood on my 3rd floor with 3 bedrooms(1 pictured), hallway, closets(1 walk-in) and stairs to the 4th floor. Eric and the team literally went above and beyond, both before and after the purchase was agreed upon. Jonathan Lopez and his installation crew were professional, friendly, did quality work and cleaned up nicely. Exceptional service from helping with my choice in the beginning, to installation.

  Not only were they very affordable, they were able to come out in a few days. And more importantly they did the best professional carpet cleaning I've had in a long time. I get my carpet cleaned professionally once a year and the popular company who did it last year, was lousy. APlus was in my home cleaning my living room carpet ONLY for about 45 minutes and he got all the stains and dirt out! I'd then back in a heart beat! Plus they were all nice to deal with!
