  They have very nice people in customer service, but getting anything scheduled is a nightmare and their technicians are hit or miss. I've had multiple instances where I am not given a ticket number, but instead just told over email that a tech is coming the next day (or business day if it's the weekend, and often after I have to pester them for a service date). And when I finally get a time (often outside of my usual working hours), they almost never show up at that time, even when it's supposedly the "first call of the day". Many time techs also just disappear after the job is done without having me sign anything or letting me know if we can do anything to prevent the issue from recurring. And this is only an issue because usually when they leave without saying anything the issue was not fixed or comes back a week later. Some techs are 5 star and explain what they did and why it happened even if it's not something we can prevent, and all of their customer service has been very pleasant to interact with, but it seems to come at the cost of technicians reliability, and professional scheduling.

  we had a healthcare facility that required services and they pushed me off for 2 weeks until they finally said a crew will fix the issue which was included in their agreement finally on the day of service the technician never showed up and the office said the ticket was resolved the elevator still doesn't work and the 2 supervisors aren't responding to my calls this is unprofessional and i wouldn't recommend this company. 3 days and 100 promises later and its still hasnt been fixed

  I have never met such nice people in my life!!! My 9 year old son is obsessed with TK elevators and he found their location in college park. Everyone there is extremely nice and made my sons day with different things from tk. Matt went above and beyond to put the biggest smile on my son’s face! I seriously never met nicer people or heard of a better company!!

  Elevators break down constantly, like 3 times in the past week, no follow up emails after coming to site, sometimes not showing to service appointments at all, they charge overtime after 4:30 PM, they always come after 4:30 PM. And also they have 5 year contracts so they can get even worse as time goes by. Edit: Vicent has made almost all pf our problems gone. He is always friend. He knows what he’s doing and he always tries and explains what is going on. TK is fine ad long as your get an amazing tech like Vicent but management needs to be more considerate

  We purchased a 5 story office building with an older elevator that Thyssenkrupp was the incumbent service provider. When we went to modernize, their price was $75K more than the alternative ($300K vs. $225K). When we told them we were going with the other company, they completely stopped responding to service calls despite continuing to bill and take our payments. They would take the service call but then no one would show. This left us with no elevator service in a 5 story building that had many elderly and sick visitors. Prior they had also said that parts were no longer available and they had to use used parts for repairs. That led to major reliability problems. The new provider said this was untrue and that all parts were readily available. During the interim period before the modernization, the reliability was notably improved. We later bought another building that TK was the elevator service provider where there were several significant problems with the elevator despite being under service contract that called for the repairs to be covered. The seller tried to get TK to fix the problems prior to closing but again they never delivered. Two weeks after closing all of the issues were addressed by their replacement - the same company that we used for the modernization. And in both cases the service contract was significantly less expensive. If I could give Thyssenkrupp zero stars I would - they are one of if not the worst service contract provider we have ever used.
