- BSBeth ShepherdMar 23, 20201.0Unfortunately I cannot recommend this roofing company. Franklin and Templeton were unable to solve a leak in our roof that they installed. After several visits they were still unable to locate the leak. Rick told us to wait until there was a good rain. By this time our drywall in the ceiling was falling down. Our Insurance adjuster identified the area of leak. Franklin and Templeton did some repairs. We got a second opinion from another roofing company. They found more damage from the area the insurance adjuster identify. Rick is a nice guy, but could not problem solve our leak. We have asked for reimbursement for the cost of the second opinion ( not repair by the second company, just the evaluation). We have received not response. Do not go with this company if you have a serious concern about your roof.
