- SUSommer Upman4 days ago1.0I have called and e-mailed numerous times about this issue. Your company was out 3 x to fix the issue with the water treatment unit and none of it worked. The first technician said it was due to the power going out. He cleaned out the water and dumped 5 bags of salt into the softener said it would be fine. It wasn't. All the salt was gone and the unit was filled with water again. The second technician said he made some adjustments and cleaned the top of the unit. And he said it should be fine. He dumped 2 more bags of salt into it. It wasn't. All the salt was gone and the unit was filled with water again. The third said that the second technician reinstalled the top of the unit upside down. He said he corrected the issue and he said it should be fine. IT WASN'T. In between, I have called the office left messages. I have been told the service manager will call me back and nothing comes of it. Most recently I tried calling to have you come out and just replace the unit entirely. No one ever called me back! At this point I have hired a different company to come out and install a new unit.

They notified me along the way of all the timing and who was coming by, the install was professionally done in a timely fashion. Would use them again for any water needs. Thanks.

He's friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He explains everything and even topped off our salt for us. We love knowing that our drinking water contains little to no contaminants. On top of that our daughter has sensitive skin, so we appreciate the care given towards an important piece of equipment in our home.

The technician team led by James arrived first thing the next day, assessed, diagnosed, and corrected the problem, gave us an estimate for future repairs that might be needed, and our water is now flowing normally again. We appreciate their very prompt and highly professional service!
