- LSL Sinck1 day ago2.0I called Carroll water to refill my neutralizer and asked how much it would cost before I agreed to the appointment. I was told it would be $200. I agreed to the appointment then the next day o called to ask if they sold water heaters as well. The lady I spoke to told me they have electric water heaters. When I told her I was looking for a tankless or hybrid type she said they had those but only electric ones, so I agree to talk to a sales agent about buying one. When the agent calls he says they only have tank heaters and I could get one of those and they can install it and he didn't know how I could have been told otherwise. The next day the tech comes to service the neutralize and says it's 400. I called Carroll and asked to talk to a manager and was told "she was busy doing something and would call me back". It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received a call. I called this company because I thought they would be reputable but all they are is a bait and switch corp looking to scam you.

From there wonderful technicians (Matt) to their office manager (Kelly)! Matt is extremely knowledgeable of our entire system and always keeps it running perfectly. He comes in with a smile, explains what he has done and we always look forward to see him! Kelly is also extremely knowledgeable of all the inter workings not only in the office but of the equipment as well. She is always a pleasure to talk with and goes above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure we are happy! I highly recommend Carroll Water Systems!

He was informed as to where this unit would be installed, checked out everything, before installing the unit he had tested the water in our kitchen, then installed the unit and then checked and tested the water again, and also for any possible leaks. The service took about an hour to complete.

Filled the hole back in using the backhoe all with-in a 2 hour time period , can hardly tell they were here. Nice job by all .Thank you - Jim Szamski
