  Tyler handled himself very professionally. Especially when a few curves were thrown his way due to the salesman not providing proper information to us or to Tyler as the installer. There will be a return visit and we look forward to working with him again to complete the work that the salesman left undocumented. He's a keeper.

  Jason Sheetz and his colleague did an amazing job on replacing my water pressure tank. There were both extremely professional. When they arrived they put plastic covers over their shoes to protect my carpet and floors. Jason and his colleague quickly examined the tank and knew within 5 minutes that the bladder was damaged. Jason gave me an estimate very quickly and explained all the work that would be completed. Within 1.5 hours they completed the work, removed all the trash/old tank, and I paid. Jason demonstrated the working system and professionally answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Carroll Water Systems and Jason Sheetz to others.

  Walter, Jeremy, and Jeremiah were absolutely fantastic! They installed the whole-house treatment system and RO kitchen sink unit in just 5 hours. Walter even had to cut into drywall to access the main water line, and he carefully did it by hand with a blade to avoid making a mess or waking my sick mother—truly above and beyond service. Really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks again, guys!

  If I could give zero stars I would. Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, it felt like customer care was not a priority at all. Communication was one of the biggest issues. Josh’s communication was some of the worst we’ve ever dealt with. We constantly had to call the office ourselves just to find out when work would start, when someone was coming, or what the next step in the process would be. Updates were rarely provided unless we tracked someone down first. The condition they left our property in was also unacceptable. Our yard was left in far worse condition than when they arrived. While their contract states they are not responsible for the sediment created from drilling a new well, you would think a company taking thousands of dollars from customers would at least make an effort to leave the property in decent condition. They also damaged our neighbor’s driveway and have refused to take accountability for it. On top of that, they did not properly address the old well pit — it was simply capped instead of being filled in. Overall, this company seems willing to do the absolute bare minimum for their customers while still charging a significant amount of money. It has been incredibly frustrating to deal with and not an experience we would wish on anyone. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.
