  Tony is an amazing technician. He is a very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with the AC unit. He promptly fixed the issue for a reasonable price.

  Tony was friendly , and got The job done I appreciate the service. However the price for The work done was absolutely insane. $625 to replace a bad Capacitor is three times what it should cost. I’m sorry I won’t be using them again. It’s totally Unaffordable. The part is 40$ tops And should have been covered as my system is still under warranty, and at 250$ /hour labor rate this should have been 300$ at most.

  I had an outstanding initial meeting with Logan Mechanical today. They did an evaluation of my furnace with a diagnosed cracked Heat Exchanger. My Technician is AJ and he was exceptional. He was incredibly thorough, kind, professional, very highly knowledgeable! He listened closely as I explained my concerns and he patiently answered all of my questions. He thoroughly examined my furnaced and ran many tests to confirm that I do indeed have a bad Heat Exchanger. I highly recommend using Logan Mechanical LLC's services. AJ is a great representative of the kind of company you want in Logan Mechanical!

  I’ve worked with Logan Mechanical to keep my old hvac working and now that it’s finally unfixable, I’ve had them prepare proposals for replacement. I was impressed with the detail on the reports on the functioning of the old unit (including photos) and then Tristan took time to help me compare the proposals for replacement units based on my needs. He answered my questions effectively since I’m not an expert in HVACs, and helped me understand the longer term effectiveness of upkeeping a Trane system versus other mid tier brands. My tenants and I also appreciate the professionalism of the techs who have been out to visit — Tony and Byron From what I’ve read, the quality of HVAC installation matters when getting the most out of the system so I’d rather go with professionals like Logan Mechanical.
