  This company has not only wasted our time but also negatively affected our customer, since this order was for them. Honestly, one star is too generous—I wish I could give negative five. First, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Carolyn was extremely rude and dismissive. We dropped off our glass over a month ago and paid in advance, as they required. Last week, we received a call saying the glass was ready. When we went to pick it up, they suddenly claimed it was not ready and that the person who called “couldn’t remember” making that call. When we asked for an update—since it’s already been over a month—Carolyn responded with, “I don’t know what you want me to tell you, I can’t move that glass around to tell you anything.” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They take your money, deliver rude and disrespectful service, and drag out a job that should have taken two weeks into months of frustration.

  I ordered a mirror online that was delivered broken. I took the mirror here and they fixed it with no problems. The service was great, quick, and I have no complaints! I would definitely recommend.
