I let them know it’s hard to show what I wanted done in the pictures and after two weeks they fi Alex gave me a quote. They wouldn’t say what it was for just “maintenance free modern materials”. I said I didn’t want that, just the railings and floorboards replaced with new wood ones. The quote was triple what four other companies in the area said it would be and they included detailed pricing. They try to take advantage of people and overcharge hoping people will bite when your project isn’t as “worthy” as others. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend!
