  We purchased a new house in Prince William County that was seriously lacking in storage. We contacted Tuff Shed not long after purchase and from the start the process was professional and easy. James Crawford, our sales rep, consistently made himself available and worked through several slowdowns in the dealing with our HoA and Permit processes. We ended up having to make some modifications to the shed design and height to meet our neighborhoods requirements and James made sure that he got it right. He also helped us coordinate the contractor for the stone pad we placed in our yard for the shed to sit on. The whole thing is a masterpiece. If you're looking for a solid company to build your shed and work with you to get it right, James and his team at this Tuff Shed location are the ones!

He took the time to walk us through every detail, never rushed us, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. The real MVP of my experience, however, was James Crawford, my dedicated Design Consultant. James possesses an impressive depth of knowledge regarding the product line. He didn't just take my order; he acted as a true partner, guiding the design process and ensuring the end result was optimized for my needs. Even though my project was small, James never once treated it that way. His ability to ask the right strategic questions about the design and color scheme made me feel like his most important client.   My husband and I were riding around looking for a shed last minute on Friday afternoons. We were trying to find something we could have set up by Thanksgiving. Well we saw Tuff Shed on Route 40 Baltimore National Pike, stopped in and the rest as they say was history. James Crawford was very helpful, knowledgeable l, professional and friendly.
