The process was smooth, Mike listened to our project and we got a deal even BETTER than the big boxes. Support local small business! You'll be glad you did. We are definitely going back when we move onto the next room!
- RRRachel RApr 1, 20194.0We had carpet replaced in our home after a pipe burst in 2015. Of the different contractors we worked with for the repairs they were the best. They worked quickly and efficiently and the carpet has stayed where it is supposed to be. I cannot comment on any flor besides carpet and I cannot comment on financing.
- LZLaurie ZissimosMar 15, 20191.0Please don't buy from Carpet Land. Our kitchen contractor ordered Floorte Pro floors by Shaw in December 2018. Put floors down starting in January and finishing in February (when additional order finally came in as Contractor was short). Reported scratching in March at contractors direction. Floor is covered with scratches based on normal wear and tear. Neither Shaw or Carpet Land will assist in a replacement or repair. Cheap floors sold by bad people. Mike McComas, Manager, was very rude and aggressive and sales representative Richard Cohen was not willing to help saying it was our fault scratches were there. Why would we scratch our own floor. Never again.

We made payments early anyway and then received a call that our payments were late. This is not what was discussed. The salesperson seemed extremely genuine and trustworthy, but it ended up not being the case. We are extremely disappointed, and will not be returning to Carpet Land.
