  WRONG FENCE!! I selected long fence because I thought they were the experts in fencing. Out of three estimates they were the highest but I still chose them for a small project. Nothing but a constant waste of time constantly meeting with them explaining what I wanted and ghosting me on another trip I drove 40 miles to meet again. They couldn't put two gates together between two poles and make them straight. They took part of my adjacent fence wires off and tried to use them on the gates because they said they came out with the wrong materials. long fence is THE WRONG FENCE CO. to use. They claim 80 years of experience but when a truck pulled up to my property with one company name on one side and a 'magnetic long fence sign' on the other side, they seem to be just the 'middle man' now. You're not getting 80 years of experience, more than likely you're getting whatever sub will do it the cheapest, however long that contractor has been around and however long that employee has been with them. It appears all of their work is subbed out. You might as well go to the big box stores, you'll probably get better quality. I had two other large property projects I wanted them to do but I'm glad I saw this mess first and I cancelled the other one. It goes to show just because it costs more doesn't mean it's going to be better. I would not recommend them to anyone.There's more nonsense to this story but I'll leave it hear. I rolled the dice with them and got bit with snake eyes.

  I’m so disappointed in Long Fence a company that I have dealt with in the past and the service was great but I can’t say that now. Poor communication, which results in project delays. Mr. King is the worst avoid business with him at all cost, trust you only a commission for him and after he done with you, he don’t return calls, emails or nothing. Too bad my 7 days is up because I would’ve cancel and went with another company which I advise anyone reading this. The worst is receiving my paperwork to give to my HOA only to find out the Contractor License was expiring the next business day therefore; they wouldn’t approve which I’m sure Mrs. Vicky knew that when she email the information. Anyone thinking about getting anything done with them THINK AGAIN.

  We did not get as far as installation when contracting this company to build our fence, but a couple things occurred that screamed sketchy business practices to me. When they initially quoted us on the fence build, the price was really high considering we were just having a back portion built to connect our neighbors fence, and have it then meet back with our home (Basically a L shape build) but when I discussed the price being too high, they removed the fee for the permit and stated that we would be responsible for any permit violation fees, but was also told that our fence was just under the permit requirement. We signed the contract and paid the 1/3 cost deposit, but it left a bad taste in our mouth. I did not read the fine print on the contract and exceeded the 5 day cancellation period, but we hadn't even gotten as far as scheduling the install. When I attempted to cancel, they took a %15 cut of the install price, basically taking $300 from me. Nothing about our interactions with this agency gave me a warm and fuzzy. I would advise applicants to seek other business.

  Long fence was professional, quick and most importantly after I got 3 quotes, they were the cheapest!!!!
