- SGSallie GreenNov 16, 20251.0We signed a contract with Long Fence several years ago for a deck install. At the time of install we received a lifetime warranty for rot, decay and mold. We recently contacted Long Fence for deck repair However, according to the salesperson and office manager, the warranty was only valid for a few of the boards and the rest considered wear and tear 😢. If we wanted the few boards replaced, we would encounter a price from Long Fence for this service. Very disappointing

The 2 person team arrived early and worked hard all day and left the area spotless. They removed the old fence and even hosed down the entire area. We are so pleased! We want to compliment the sales rep (George Hope), the Estimator, the finance person (Cornina) and the Residential Sales Manager (Vicky Williams) and last but not least, our two excellent installers (my apologies for not getting their names). They were all personable, efficient, and kept us informed at each stage. We highly recommend this company. Thank you.

They show up when they want and don’t communicate. Gloria makes false claims about payment and not getting the payment properly. When you call she hangs up the phone on you! Do better! She need better training. The email was never used as a form of communication. It was a phone number.

Hands down, of 5 contractors I spoke with, they were the most knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get the parts of a vendor that got bought out. Save yourself the headache, and call these guys first.
