- BCBruce CartwrightAug 6, 20251.0COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! I have not even closed on this house from DRB yet, but the closing process and customer service is an absolute nightmare. Once they had me pending as an all cash buyer they have have completly ignored me. Customer service prior to the closing process has been barely adequate. Now that I am scheduled to close in 2 weeks everybody at DRB is NON responsive to my questions. Setting up a walk through and final walk through seems almost impossible. I still don't have a date and time that works for both sides. The contact information they provided to me for the title company is incorrect and the title company is also NON responsive. The sales representative Robyn has ignored my text and emails. Her boss Jessica has also completely ignored me. I can now see why this new development is having so much trouble selling houses. I'm scheduled to close on my house in 2 weeks. I'll update this review and let everyone know what happens. Stay tuned.......
