- BSbhargav srFeb 4, 20251.0I would not recommend DRB Homes Brunswick Crossing based on my experience. The quality of their homes is subpar, with numerous issues arising shortly after moving in. From poor craftsmanship to ongoing structural and finishing problems, it’s been nothing but frustration. Several areas of the home showed signs of rushed work, including uneven flooring, misaligned doors, and poorly installed fixtures. Additionally, customer service has been slow to respond to concerns, leaving homeowners to deal with unresolved issues on their own. For the price, I expected a well-built home, but instead, I’ve encountered constant disappointments. If you’re considering purchasing a home from DRB Builders in Brunswick Crossing, I strongly advise doing thorough research and inspecting every detail before making a decision. Coming to the locality, please keep in mind that property taxes are around 2% of the home price, which translates to approximately $1,000–$1,200 per month in addition to your mortgage payment. The elementary school rating is good; however, the middle and high school ratings are average. There are also limited amenities within the neighborhood, so you would need to travel to Frederick for most necessities. Considering these factors, it would be wise to evaluate carefully before investing in this community.

If you pay 7500 in Montgomery county you will end up paying 15000 property taxes+2000 for sewer per yr for these houses. It is 1.59%. Most people don't know this.

The quality of materials and workmanship was great--we especially loved our hardwood floors and deck/patio. Everyone that we worked with on the team with was exceptional (Beth- Sales, Becca- Design Center, Danny- Construction, Darren- Preferred Lender). Everyone was helpful, friendly, and always prompt in answering questions and addressing any of our concerns. We would definitely recommend Dan Ryan Builders in Brunswick Crossing to our friends and family members!
