  I highly recommend Gary P. Frank (GPF) for any geothermal or for that matter HVAC or plumbing installation. We chose GPF for a full Geothermal system and a new Electric Water heater with heat pump installation late last year, rushing to meet the deadline for federal rebates. After shopping around for a few months, we selected GPF largely based on our interaction with Jesse Phillips, who was an astute and genuinely customer-centric professional. Jesse provided a consultative, pressure-free experience with no high markups, and always took the time to educate us on the nuances of the equipment and the installation process. He went above and beyond, leveraging his respected connections to coordinate essential partners, including the well driller, and even helped us navigate the GREC’s process. Jesse’s professionalism and willingness to answer follow-up questions sealed our decision. The installation itself was superb. Going "Geo" is complex because it requires seamless coordination with the well driller, and Jesse made the entire process as easy and accommodating as possible. The GPF team was truly A+, working efficiently in extremely cold temperatures. They finished the extensive project on time and always did a great job with a smile. The quality of the work was stellar. They installed a high-efficiency Water Furnace 5 Series geothermal system. The installation utilized high-reliability supplies and included a Rheem 80 gal heat pump water heater. The system also features the Waterfurnace Symphony WiFi controls, a Desuperheater, and a comprehensive indoor air quality setup with an Aprilaire humidifier and air cleaner. We also benefited from substantial Pepco and Federal tax credits. The pricing was competitive, the quality of the work was stellar, and everyone on the team was a pleasure to interact with. Thank you, GPF, for having such amazing professionals and wonderful humans on your team.

  We own two properties, one we live in. We had new HVAC systems installed in both homes. Jesse was very thorough in his assessment of what we needed and gave us bids for each home with different levels of pricing options. We also got bids from two other companies and Gary Frank was within their range. Jesse spent a lot of time answering our questions, reviewing options, and explaining technology even before we committed to using their company. I felt very knowledgeable after my discussions with him, in addition to doing my own research. Jesse also was on site for the installation, overseeing all the work, which we appreciated. Most companies have a separate person who does the bid but does not participate on site for the work. The crew worked diligently and were very professional throughout their time at our home. Our new system is great too! I highly recommend Gary P. Frank. Our entire experience from start to finish was excellent and they were worth every penny.

  What set Gary Frank HVAC apart right away was their customer service. Because it made sense to replace my entire HVAC system, their representative, Nick, sat down with me, walked through the proposal in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions. That level of clarity and follow-through continued throughout the project. After the full HVAC system replacement, the improvement has been significant, with more even heating and cooling between floors, excellent humidity control, and easy control of the system via an app. They were also the only company I spoke with that knew how to process the complex Pepco rebates and tax credits available for high efficiency systems at the time, which saved me thousands. The entire system was installed in one day, cleanup was excellent, and the system has performed beautifully through both summer and winter. Highly recommended.
