I contacted the company this am. But late afternoon they had diagnosed the problem, found the part and returned and fixed our ac. Nick was helpful and informative. Work was done professionally and competently. Going forward this will be the heat pump company I use. Thanks for such good service.

I had my entire HVAC system replaced last week. The old system was 25 year old Carrier and the new system is also Carrier. I have nothing but the highest praise for the crew who came and installed it over one and half day. They were punctual, gentle, kind without blaring music playing. In particular, Mr. Guy P., who started from the first estimates and oversaw his crew, was really competent, kind and patient. If you ever use this company, insist on getting him for your project.

They were great to deal with! Front office was very responsive to my urgent AC problem. Technician Nick was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and check out the overall system. Highly recommended.

Returned home to find my house warmer than a sauna. I called 5 places, mostly the big name locals, and nobody had the interest, manpower, or time to look at my system. No contract with us, sorry....geothermal, oh sorry....tomorrow,
oh, sorry.....then I called Gary P. Frank, and they had a technician, James, out first thing next morning. James was friendly, dove in and found the issue, blown capacitor, part was on his truck, system was up and running again, yahoo!. I'll use Gary P. Frank for all my future hvac needs, and ignore the other companies, sorry.
