- DSDrew SchilbDec 19, 20253.0The work was complete in a short amount of time, however the technician did a lack luster job of cleaning up after themselves, there were remnants of wire sleeves on the floor around the unit. Even though this is in the attic and “out of sight, out of mind.” Additionally the window to the breaker on my air handler was covered with the door insulation, it would have taken and extra two minutes to leave the area the way it was found. This is sloppy workmanship for my perspective. The over all experience was reasonably acceptable, however the cost to install the unit compared to the time was a major upset to me. Total cost to replace a part worth $250 was nearly $750, took about an hour and a half to install the part.granted a warranty was given for 2 years, but it still seems One Hour Air is overcharging. Ever time they have done work they have tried to upsell products.
