In fact I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty. He discovered weeds growing underneath our unit that had managed to find their way inside our unit and resolved the issue by completely securing any access that they had. Additionally the unit was not quite level from the initial installation. He took the time to make sure that it was level before he left. I give Evan and Arctic Air a grade of A+++. This was a service that is included in our yearly maintenance contract.
