  These guys are the best. They remembered me by name walking in the door, helped me with multiple trips to pick up our flooring, made sure I got a credit back when the sale price dropped after my initial purchase, and were super easy to work with. Floors are looking great too. Really high quality stuff. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

  Lumber Liquidators absolutely exceeded my expectations. I had the Bellawood Artisan Manhattan Chevron flooring installed in my lower level and rec room, and the transformation is unreal. The chevron pattern instantly elevated the entire space—it went from a standard basement to a luxury, showroom-style living area. The craftsmanship and attention to detail during installation were top-tier. Every line is clean, precise, and perfectly aligned. The team was professional, efficient, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking to add a high-end look to your home, especially in a lower level, I highly recommend this flooring and working with Lumber Liquidators. This was 100% worth the investment.

  Great products, low prices, and excellent communication. I worked with Marcel and his manager James to order new hardwood floors. With the sale, the floors were just over $5/sqft. I received frequent updates as the floors moved through the warehouse, distribution center, and loaded onto the delivery truck. When it was discovered that a part of my order did not make it onto the truck, the sales team insisted on delivering it personally. The act of kindness helped to keep my project on schedule. I look forward to working with Lumber Liquidators of Beltsville again in the future.

  My husband & I bought tile over a year ago at Lumber Liquidators. We had delays but have finally started with our project. Last night, we found that we were one box short of the 12x24 tile that we had but had been discontinued. I called the main Lumber Liquidators to see if they could help find any store that may still have any tile left. They said it looked as if the Beltsville store had it but nothing was guaranteed. I called & spoke with Marcel. I explained what we were looking for & he found the only box while on the phone with me. My husband drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up but it was way easier than starting over with a new tile. Thank you Marcel for taking the time to look for the box so we are now able to complete our project!

  Beltsville location is absolutely awesome!! James and Marcel are excellent in what they do period. Their knowledge regarding the products was outstanding and helped me a great deal in picking floors for my office which turned into redoing my entire home. So thank you to them both for their assistance and keeping in touch to ensure everything went according to my plans!!!
