  Best in class! Total pros. Spotted problem that two other techs from other companies either missed or simply ignored in an effort to sell a new generator. For the cost of a single fuse and a modest service charge, I saved as much as $15,000.

  The technician was patient and methodical in his steps to assess the issue. Potomac generator services’ assess cost is also much more reasonable than most other companies. I was very please with the outcome and would HIGHLY recommend them!!

  I called this company sight unseen to repair an unreliable generator that many contractors attempted to fix. They answered the phone and promptly dispatched Brandon to evaluate the issues. He told me what needed to be done, and they would provide an estimate for parts and labor. Since a block heater was on backorder, he returned with a regulator and a new battery, which was six years old. As promised, Brandon returned on Friday before the storm and spent 2 hours trying to get the generator running. Together, we tried everything and finally got it running, but only by disconnecting a fuel flow vacuum line. Through no fault of his own, he worked diligently to get it running. If I did not tell him to leave out of consideration for his other anxious customers, he might still be here trying to get this lemon running. I highly recommend these people for your generator repairs. Glenn D.McLean
